ADOPTION/HOME STUDIES

The Saint Charles County Family Resource Center conducts adoption/home studies for adoptions, custody cases and potential placement providers. The cost for this service is approximately $400 plus expenses. Criminal and child abuse/neglect background checks are required for every individual residing in the home age 17 and older. Background checks cost $13 per individual.
